Circumstances of “Force Majeure” put me in a position without a fax machine and without my credit card. An important deadline on IRS Audit expiring in 27 min, I was panicking, I searched for apps without any confidence in any I was seeing. Time I did not have but I kept scrolling down reading the next. I do not have any idea why I felt good when I read about this app, but I went with it. This is a new phone so was getting ready to call my wife to get credit card number to pay for Fax service, WHICH I had absolutely no time and was now 7 min til expiration for my response and I saw 10 free pages you offered, I had 8 pages minimum and sent one more page to reiterate my point. I could not believe this 10 pages free, I sent 9. I read on every other app how expensive and how many charges they actually incurred. I thought “no way this is going to move this smooth I bet it will not send.” I WAS Wrong, it was so easy and worked very well with archive record showing Time Sent with Copy of Pages Sent, I beat the deadline. I have never written a review in my life, but if I had not gotten this fax off I would of been liable for a very large amount of money that was a mistake and I would of had no way to appeal. SO I am writing this review because THIS FAX app allowed me to provide final documents to close IRS hearing, well not yet but it will lead to the withdrawal of the IRS. My entire Company will be using this service going forward as I have never had anything just work when it was truly needed. THANK YOU.

I’ve never had a fax app that works so well and cost so little. I am going through a difficult process with the US government and they are fax fax friendly I mean fax from my everything‘s got to be sent via fax. So with this program I can easily scan my documents put them in a file upload them or take a picture no matter how I want to attach it it is faxed and it sends a confirmation which I love. And it sends it right to your email that everything is done and you can show that it was successfully completed this is a good feeling that your information has been transmitted correctly to the right folks. And I’m on a pension and this is a very again a very good price for the number of pages that you can fax for $10 is incredible. Good luck going to the UPS or USPS and doing a three dollar per page when it’s only penny per page here.

I would have rated this app as 5 stars until today! I have been using this product for years and it has always worked beautifully for me. Today was the first time I’ve used it since the latest update and when I tried to Add Page through scan it opened the APP store to the fax products and would not let me scan the very important, time sensitive fax that I need to send! What’s up here! I pay good money every month for a service I use on occasion, but when I need it, it’s crucial and usually worth it. Please help me and let’s get it back to working condition ASAP! Thanks.

I upgraded my FaxPlus plan after being prompted by their system when I hit the 10-page trial limit. I upgraded in good faith, expecting to be able to send more pages as stated on their site (up to 60 per fax for the plan I chose).After upgrading, I was still unable to send more than 10 pages. I contacted support immediately and canceled the order on the same day. Despite never sending a fax and never using the service, they refused a refund, citing a “no refunds after fax number is assigned” policy.The catch? Their system automatically assigns a fax number without user input, which immediately voids their 24-hour refund policy. That means no one actually has a chance to qualify for a refund, even if they cancel within minutes of making the purchase. It’s a loophole designed to make the refund policy useless.There’s no transparency, no opportunity to decline the number assignment, and no refund even if you don’t use the service at all. It’s an unethical practice that borders on predatory. I had to go pay another provider just to get my fax sent that same day.It’s not about the amount. It’s about the principle. If a company makes it this hard to get a refund for a service you never used, you should think twice before trusting them with anything.Update: The company responds just to look like they will resolve your issue but trust me, they will not! They get money off of scamming you so sign up at your own risk.
