Perfect for both Real Estate Pros and Landowners

Easiest access to full real estate info on parcels, including ownership, boundaries, buildings, taxes, loans, school districts, etc, etc. Building maps of my land is easy too for sharing with friends and family for recreation or doing construction planning and sharing with subcontractors for bids or county planners for permitting and project approvals. Love the combination of easy map creation/ sharing with the deepest/ most accurate real estate information I can find anywhere. Is equally useful for managing my land as well as researching new parcels or projects of interest, especially when real estate agents have already built an interactive Land id map of their listings that they can share with me. I have also found that it saves me a fortune on my land research and development projects too. Easy for me to quickly make a track to measure/ route a potential roadway/ trail, measure a footprint for a new building or pond, measure a fence, mark/ measure areas for noxious weed spraying, establish clear building setbacks for in-field use … all of which I can then easily share with whomever I want. Every day I use Land id I come up with a cool new use for it! Well done to the Land id team. Please keep the innovations coming ...

Best real estate and property app

Land id is the most important day to day tool I use that allows me to advance my knowledge of real estate markets and differentiate myself amongst clients. I use it in many different capacities as a Commercial Real Estate Broker - showing future growth, overlay site plans, tracking development pipelines, telling the “story” of specific properties, etc. Land id is a powerful visual communication tool. It’s truly an all-in-one real estate software that has been a major boost for my career and confidence. I couldn’t recommend this enough for others in the real estate industry.

**Completely Unreliable for Property Line Work**

I downloaded LandID specifically to help navigate property lines using known survey stakes, but this app was absolutely useless for the task. The GPS accuracy was so poor it’s essentially broken.**Major Issues:**- **Terrible GPS accuracy**: The app would randomly place me 50 feet on one side of the actual property line, then suddenly jump to 50 feet on the other side with no rhyme or reason- **Constant signal loss**: Continuously lost GPS signal even in areas with clear sky visibility- **Backwards directional tracking**: When I walked in one direction, the app would often show me moving in the completely opposite direction- **No correlation with reality**: I was using a physical compass to verify my actual location and direction - the app bore no resemblance to where I actually wasFor an app that’s supposed to help with property boundaries and land navigation, these GPS issues make it completely worthless. I was walking between established survey stakes and the app couldn’t even get close to showing my correct position.**Bottom Line:** Save your time and money. If you need accurate property line information, hire a surveyor or use a different solution. This app is not ready for real-world use and certainly can’t be trusted for property boundary work.Would not recommend.

The accuracy of your location while using the app is ultimately limited by the accuracy of your phone's location services, and it sounds like your phone may have been having trouble determining your location. Also, the property boundary feature in the Land id product displays a visual representation of the border of an address or parcel in an interactive map or image. However, they are not a legal description of a property. For a legally accurate property boundary, it is necessary to use a licensed surveyor to conduct precise measurements.
