I love this app, but….

I use this app for my job almost daily, and when it’s working smoothly, it’s a Avery important tool for me, but the app usually crashes and won’t let me open it back up. This is usually fixed by deleting the app and downloading it again, but it would be great to not have to do all of that.

Buggy, Crashy, Offline Areas as good as Useless

This thing crashes so much you'd think it was a Los Angeles highway after a rainstorm. It's the best app ever for 5 minutes but is useless the next. I've gone in deep with Esri, tried every conceivable way of putting my data on an offline map but it still crashes, fails to download, or is otherwise buggy. I have a lot of data on the line and I'm approaching a point where I'm better off spending the time collecting with clipboards and paper and spending 2 weeks manually entering data. Maybe it's better for folks with a cell signal, but if you need to be offline I'd recommend sticking to Survey123 or some other app that's not total garbage.

Great When Not Crashing

Currently using it for a field verification job. It’s a wonderful tool but I’m frustrated that it crashes multiple times a day (at least once per hour) and occasionally forces me to sign back in while I’m in the field. This makes it harder for me to see where I’m going and what I need to verify. Otherwise, it’s easy to use and has a lot of tools that are super useful. I use ArcGIS products often, and this a typical ESRI product— great when it’s stable.
