• 24/7 emergency support — In the event of an identity theft emergency, we provide access to live support 24/7/365, ensuring you can get help right away.
• Full-service restoration — In the event identity theft occurs you will be assigned a dedicated Licensed Private Investigator who will do whatever it takes for as long as it takes, as long as the membership is active, to restore your identity.
• Identity theft reimbursement — IDTheftDefense provides Identity Fraud Protection, provided by a leading national carrier. This policy provides reimbursement for certain expenses and financial losses incurred as a result of identity theft.
• Removal of information from data broker sites — Data brokers collect valuable personal information. They often sell this data to companies for targeted advertising and other purposes. Privacy Check runs a scan every 90 days and if your private data is found you will receive an alert and can review and remove your information.
• Credit monitoring and credit score tracking — Monitor your credit and track your Experian credit score monthly
• Sex offender monitoring — Search for registered sex offenders in your area and receive alerts if someone moves in or out of your neighborhood.
• Social media monitoring — Scan your social media accounts for potentially damaging content. Receive alerts for foul language or exposure of personal information.
• Financial account monitoring — Monitor your financial accounts including credit cards, checking, savings, 401k, 403(b), 457 accounts, loans for withdrawals, balance transfers and large purchases.
• High risk application monitoring — Receive an alert if your personal information is used to open a new bank account or initiate a large money transfer.
• Court record monitoring — Receive an alert if your identity becomes associated with a criminal record.
• Dark web monitoring — Scans online sources—including servers, chat rooms, and forums—for fraudulent use of your personal information. You will receive an alert if any matches are found.
• Child monitoring — Receive alerts if your child's SSN is used to create new accounts or apply for credit. Feature available with the Family Plan only for dependent children under the age of 18.

Thankfully, I've never had any major theft issues, so I haven't had to rely on the full extent of this service. However, I get notifications of things I am actively doing on a regular basis. Open credit cards, see an email found on the dark web, that came from a site I did provide info to and then was hacked, all that. Those notifications I receive keeps me sane in knowing that I should know fairly quickly if I have a theft problem.Overall, great service. Easy to use and setup application. Keep it up!

I have been using this for the last couple of years and it has been amazing! We were notified about our sons SSN being used fraudulently and we would have never known! A few times we have been notified about people accessing our different accounts. It’s a huge peace of mind!

Switched over from Experian Credit Monitor and this is so much better! Signed up through Primerica and this is awesome stuff! I get more for my money and cheaper! The only downside of this app is that it needs more work. I have an iPhone XS MAX and it doesn’t fit the screen properly. Please update! Thanks!

I love that I am able to keep track of my credit score and credit history. The app also has so many other features that allow me to track my identity and if there are any “creeps” in my area. I can go on and on. Overall great application.
