On my iPhone w current iOS, and w current version of this app, it simply does not work. Try to view cards…screen freeze. Virtually everything I try to open results in unresponsive buttons and frozen screen w error messages. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times w same result. Ridiculous. As a new customer w Zander, I’m not impressed.

The app is poorly designed and many of the features don’t even work. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if they had a working web-app that I could use instead. But this app is literally the only way to view or update information with Zander.

Not sure what a portal number is, but I tried all of the Zander numbers I have and it is none of those. The security is so good that I can't use the app. I've emailed Zander and will update my review if they solve the issue for me.
