Fresh new customer but the romance won’t last long…German companies and individuals who are arrogant and discriminate against foreigners living in Germany by not offering their products, services, etc. also in the INTERNATIONAL language of English, have no place in doing business with me.People wake up! We live in a global society where pretty much everyone can move to any country. Residing in one country doesn’t necessarily mean that you speak that country’s language. That’s why we have the INTERNATIONAL language of English.But Germans seem to ignore that…

Hello TheLotusMind, as a German bank we also have an absolute majority of German customers. As the account management can only take place in German, there are currently no plans to launch an English version on the market. However, we are happy to take feedback on board. Kind regards your ING

Nice bank and app but no customer support

Have been a customer for years. Usually everything is fine, but if you need to speak to someone (it’s about money after all) it’s not possible. They also don’t answer their support tickets for weeks. Poor experience.

Too insecure and complicated

If I enter all the time the same pin this is not secure at all. The itan was better in that respect. Right now I need just 1 number to make everything on the phone. Too badAnd with the combination with computer the jumping back and forth is annoying.
