I love this app! It helps me stay organized, tracking several certifications and reminding me exactly when my renewals are due. It's great to have all of my licenses and certifications summarized in one place. I also love the addition of the COVID-19 vaccine in the tracker.While I was in PIACET recently, updating my info, I noticed something in my profile that needed updating. I contacted PIACET via the app to request help, and I received an email right away explaining how to update my info. I was surprised and very happy with such a quick and personalized response to my request for help.The PIACET app is so easy to use, easy to add pictures of certificates and licenses, and easy to update with recertifications. If you need to track your certifications and licenses, use PIACET!

I love this app! It helps me stay organized, tracking several certifications and reminding me exactly when my renewals are due. I’ve used the PIACET app for years, and as a Critical Care Paramedic, Firefighter, and AHA Instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS—with RN licensure coming soon—I genuinely rely on having all of my licenses and certifications instantly accessible and shareable.Recently, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t see my credentials in the app because I had originally registered with an old work email address I hadn’t used in years. I contacted their support team, and they quickly located my account and reconnected everything without hassle.The customer service was superb. When your professional credentials matter—as they do in healthcare and emergency services—having a company respond quickly and competently means a lot. I can’t recommend this app enough.

Some might discredit this review as too positive & probably by one of the developers or their significant other BUT no it actually is not. I’m just a safety professional who has 100 IDs, access badges, professional certificates, etc. that are a tremendous pain to keep in a commonly accessible bag, wallet or whatever. I searched & searched for an app where I could get images of IDs & certified cards and I was amazed on what an absolute LACK of options there are. Most are just trying to be a variation off the wallet app. These folks have developed a gem. I can’t believe this isn’t an App that half of American doesn’t have on their phones! You can use this for professional certificates, safety training cards, building access photo badges, parking passes and even personal stuff like: hunting licenses, drivers license, concealed carry ID, etc. The use really is only limited by your imagination & ability to sit down and enter it in. I might have even used it for remembering important dates like my wedding anniversary, extended family birthdays...it’s so easy and effective! I have this on my work & personal cells for so many various items that I can’t get on without it. I’ve NEVER had a single error or issue with my camera not working. I always get notices as it states, nor has it ever crashed or dropped a saved item. To be fair, I would like to see the App get more popular so they have a little more funding for some improvements: like being able to edit your user profile email address or export to a comma separated value file. I also think the renewal of an expired / expiring item shouldn’t force new images to be taken. Default should keep existing images but maybe ask if you want to update new images. But ALL in ALL, thank you for creating a free App that doesn’t push adverts or pop ups demanding to upgrade to full version. Just a solid App that performs exactly as advertised and hassle free. Bravo!
