I paid over $300 for a family plan that was supposed to allow me to track up to 3 devices. Logged in and every feature that was advertised beforehand required additional payment to turn on once in the app. Tried to add a second device led to a screen requesting additional money. At that point I tried to request a refund through the app however the request form would not submit! I emailed them and their billing support team wrote me back stating that my reason for wanting a refund was “beyond our control” and therefore my refund request was denied. I replied and again requested a refund within 24 hours but have not received a response. So frustrating that the advertising did not match the product in my experience. Hope to be able to update this once they refund me since their app did not work! If you are looking for an app or service to keep your kids safe, I highly recommend OurPact or Aura depending on your needs and level of access desired but stay away from this scammy product!Update - they never refunded me after contacting me at their email address. They “kindly” offered to turn off my future automatic renewal but did not offer any kind of refund for the app purchases even though I requested it the same day I downloaded the app. Stay away!
