I am using other bank apps too!! But this one is very easy to use, quickly you can do transactions. Nicely designed. Just app password for transactions that’s helps lot while in abroad. Happy to use. Thank you so much!!

Persistent Crashing Issue on iPhone

I've been experiencing significant issues with the Baroda app on my iPhone for the past month. Every time I attempt to open the app, it crashes immediately, making it impossible to use. This problem has persisted despite reinstalling the app and ensuring my phone's software is up to date.I kindly request the developers to investigate this issue thoroughly and provide a fix as soon as possible. It's frustrating to be unable to access important banking features due to this ongoing problem.

Whether its the internet banking site or mobile app. Bank doesn’t know how to develop or put right messages. Pathetic ux. I am gonna withdraw all my money and put in some private bank where I can do self service banking smoothly. In name of security, they do a lot of unwanted hurdles which makes you spend hours on their site to do transactions, why wouldn’t I go to a branch rather? And when did easy security questions became the secure way? Those are ways in the past. They need to really look at banks like Bofa, Citi, Amex or even ICICI for that matter to see how fossilized are they!

As an NRI want to login in BOB app, but the problem is I don’t get the otp on my cell phone and my international number is also registered with the bank. Please change the system and send the otp on email so we can login.
