Not only am i a season ticket holder but a Founder’s Club member so i am at home every game since day 1. That being said, the Order Ahead online ordering feature for concessions has NEVER worked, even though there is free wi-fi in Mercedes-Benz Stadium. What gives? Why have an app feature if you are never going to let it be available for use? And I have sent several emails asking about this and have gotten ZERO response.

The app has always been a bit of a pain but at least I was able to manage my tickets before. Ever since the last update I have been getting an error saying “Unable to refresh your events.” I thought that there would for sure be a patch released relatively quickly to fix the issue and since we haven’t been playing due to the Leagues Cup I wasn’t too worried about it. However regular season play has now resumed and there has been no app update and I’m still unable to refresh my events. It’s rendered this app completely useless.

Judging from the structure of the app, it looks like they made changes to integrate better with Ticketmaster? That one thing seems to work better or at least the same as before. Everything else I’ve tried in the new app is worse. And the one big problem with old app, not being able to see the lineup once the game is in-progress, didn’t get fixed. In fact I’m not sure you could see the lineup in the app at all, even before the game started. Also, really would be better if you let me transfer tickets from apple wallet directly to other people using Apple Wallet.

When I look at my season tickets in the app, there is now always an error message saying, “Last updated on Jun 22. Unable to refresh your events.” There is an option to click a “RETRY” link, and it gives the same error message, but adds the following message beneath it - “Please check back later.” I’ve checked back for the last 2 weeks and the error message is always there. Old used tickets to the July 2nd match are still showing in my account.
