Please keep this exact level of professionalism, everything is great, the apps is easy and has so many options, the drivers are really fast and super friendly/cooperative, and the delivery fees are such a blessing for a broke jobless college student like me.
Edit: I'm taking most of what i typed back.. the app is getting absolutely worse.. and the delivery fees are getting higher than other apps.. disappointing 😣

Our new delivery fee now starts at 9 SAR for merchants around you, available in the "Around me" section on the app. You can also order from all the merchants you love at the best delivery fees, which you can find next to each merchant on the app.
Technical Issue, No costumer Support available
I'm very upset with the App. I placed an order & paid for my order, yet I cant track the order or contact the driver, the app keeps giving me "technical issue try again later" msg. I tried calling costumers service but they responded "No one is available right now to help you, we will call you back later" I also tried msging costumers service but no one is replying to my msgs either!! Now me & my family are waiting for the order to arrive before Iftar time because we are fasting, it will be very disappointing to us not to have our order delivered before Iftar time. I am going to delete the app after this order & never use it again & I don't recommend anyone to download it. Please deliver my order on time or please give me back my money.
Update: My order arrived after 1 hour & a half since I ordered.
Fix your technical issues please, I dont want to order again to stay worried about my order if it's going to arrive or not.

Worst Food and Delivery app ever!
I have ordered only once and I was waiting for two hours before I saw that my ordered was delivered to another address and was handled to another person without providing me the drivers mobile number not even a call from the driver to confirm the receiver name and address. I tried calling the customers service and they never answer, and I contacted them many times by their twitter account and they only responded 2 times without taking any action. Until this day I haven’t received neither my order nor my money back! This is absolutely the WORST of the WORSE of any food delivery service ever!
Please don’t deal with them or at least choose to pay cash in delivery, they are not trustworthy nor professionals!
