Recent update is okay, like the other cause it had an option for deletion, my husband used my test and now I can’t delete it and his results will stay.

App fails to sync and support is poor
Billsnickname
Use the Bionime Glucose monitor GT333 and this software which is supposed to synch to my iPhone to keep glucose readings in the apps database. When the synch function on the app is executed, in the past it would sync in a reasonable time period (a few seconds) and the database is useful. The app has been updated frequently and after the past few updates the sync function fails as it takes minutes instead of seconds and the iPhone auto-lock occurs before sync completes and causes a sync error requiring to repeat synch from the beginning. It now takes between three and four minutes to sync the time, date and reading.I called customer support and was told I would have a call back before the end of the day, which did not happen. I called back shortly before close of business and was told they were dependent on Taiwan to troubleshoot the issue. Useless.

I upgraded to a new iPhone, lost access

I have been using the Rightest Care app for several months using my old iPhone SE.I just upgraded to a new iPhone 16 and cannot reestablish my access to the appl.As soon as I start the app in the new phone it goes to the create new account screen with no option to login with the existing credentials.Please help.Thanks
