Today update (Jan 21) made the app almost unusable, most of the lounges don’t appear listed in the app, nearest airport feature doesn’t work.

Don’t download this app in your whole entire life

I give this a zero star, but I had to give it a one star I wish zero star existed though this app is the worst and it’s trash because if you don’t have an account like me, I sign in and I put in my card information and I put in the right Captcha and it’s saying that I’m in the wrong one and my card is not a valid number. Which doesn’t even make sense because it has to be valid. This is the worst I uninstalled and I’m never getting on this at my whole entire. This app is just a waste of time and piece of trash. Hate this so much. it got me crying over my room because I can’t make my own MasterCard account. That’s all I wanted to say. The creator of MasterCard. Delete the Captcha And delete that card number info, and where you can literary put in your email, put in your phone number put in the name of the owners card. And put in the number. And please fix this problem just hurting my head. Also make the number include spaces.

Good app, but the new loading screen is annoying

The app works well and does what it promises — finding lounges and accessing your digital card is easy and practical. But after the last update, they added this unnecessary white loading screen with a spinning symbol right after you open the app. Honestly, it just frustrates the user, especially when all you want is quick access to your lounge information. Depending on your internet speed, this screen can stay there for several seconds. Please consider removing it or optimizing the loading process — MC Airport is all about convenience, and this goes against that idea.

Very misleading. I started this as an offer from HSBC for 2 visits with a guest each time. Well, they took both visits when I was only there once with my wife, then charged me for my children but didn’t say anything until I saw the bill on my credit card. This was deliberately misleading by HSBC and Lounge Key. Very unprofessional. Even when I called Lounge Key to see if this could be resolved, I’ll I got was “sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. I won’t ever use this service again. They’re not trustworthy.
