The Meeting Owl App powers Owl Labs' award-winning hybrid technology, including the Meeting Owl. Use this app to: register and set up Owl Labs devices, select and adjust device settings, manage software updates, and get technical and troubleshooting support.
Meeting Owl App Features:
- Device registration and setup: Set up, connect, and configure new devices (in under seven minutes).
- Select and adjust device settings: Choose from different settings to customize your meeting experience. Options to ignore sections of the room, turn off 360-degree panoramic strip, and more.
- Choose from different modes: Select from 5+ different video modes to customize your meeting experience. Options for grid view, speaker auto focus, manual camera control, and more.
- Pair devices: Wirelessly pair 2 Owl Labs devices, with the option to pair with the Whiteboard Owl, to extend video and audio coverage in larger spaces.
- Update device software: Manage software updates for your devices to always have access to the latest and greatest features and enhancements.

The app is clean and easy to navigate. Connecting to a Meeting Owl is straightforward — the app detects nearby devices over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and guides you through setup with minimal friction. Features are organized logically, making it easy even for non-technical users to adjust settings without needing IT support.

Device worked once. Proceeded to setup for a corporate meeting after initial test. Device won’t sync with bar. Everything just spinning. Was not outputting to tv.
