The downloading process of the app, simple. Register your device, easy. It will have you type email twice, password simple no numbers necessary, 2 security questions, and then a Scan Device option in the end. Once you find and connect the device, all your previously stored steps on your device will erase and start at ground 0 for everything.I’m happy about the home screen of the app, it shows everything right away. First off when you put in your numbers it doesn’t go more than 330 pounds and I’m sure there are much bigger people out there that would like to use this app like myself trying to get healthy. When you first open the app putting in all of your numbers in the metric system and for American users that doesn’t help The food log isn't very good because I don’t know how many ounces are in two eggs so how my supposed to know I shouldn’t have to open up Google to search for it. All the user should have to do is type in the food they’re looking for and then maybe a subcategory of how they prepared it and what portion amount and the app should know how many calories it is
Time problems

My app is in military time but my X10Pro is in standard 12 hours. It’s very confusing and inconvenient for me. Please fix this so they are synced with each other or have directions in the app on how to make them the same time. Much appreciated.

For a couple of days, the step counter, heart rate, and blood pressure on the tracker worked. Nothing else worked. Notifications worked. Nothing was noted on the GetFitPro app. Then, after few notifications buzzed the tracker, the tracker continued to buzz and would not stop. Nothing worked. The buzzing continued until the battery died. I recharged it, but the time was wrong. The tracker continued to do the same thing over and over each time I recharged it. No information is given on how to return the device. Do not buy this!!!
