Several changes have been made to both the iPhone/iPad and Apple Watch sections of the application based on user feedback. iPhone/iPad. This version loads the summary information in the background on first display. This improves responsiveness when there are a large number of readings. Apple Watch. This release fixes an issue with complication colours for users who use mg/dl when measuring blood glucose. Changes to the display of the readings to give more information. Now uses a numeric keypad when entering readings. This is more effective that using the default text input.

Change to the food search. The food search now searches by individual words within the name and description. Previously the search string had to completely match, now the words entered are searched for separately. This allows a user to search for "yoghurt vanilla" and return results even when the two words are not next to each other. This allows searches to be refined by adding new terms.

Apple watch support. You can now create diabetes records on your apple watch. The Diabetes watch application also supports complications so that you can see your last blood glucose record along with your remaining quick acting insulin (assumes the insulin cycle is 4 hours). Activities/medications have been extended to allow medications to be added where it can skip one or more days. This allows the creation of medications that vary not per day of the week but every second, third... day. If you use the diabetes server to synchronise data you must update the Diabetes application on all your devices to ensure correct synchronisation.
