Bring back gift card rewards. If I wanted to "save," I likely would not have been using Pampers products in the first place. I enjoyed the option to use my "savings" towards products that I, a full time job holding mother of two, can use either for myself, my children, or my family for OTHER items we enjoy. We don't "love" diapers, as much as they are a necessity of this season - but we did love Pampers’ brand AND the rewards they provided with the previous incentives. It is clear that many others used this brand largely because of the aforementioned rewards program, and voice the same disapproval of the new loyalty program. Comments on social media/reviews are actually how I found out that the program had changed! As that full time working mother of two, I don't have time to constantly be in my email checking to see what changes the company has made to their program. With this change being so drastic, I wish that I had. I would have cashed out my years-saved over $100 worth of rewards immediately had I seen what the alternative would be. Instead, that money will sit there either until it expires, or until Pampers decides to bring back the old program that truly benefitted hardworking families and the children they care for. For now, I will finish up the packs of diapers and wipes I currently have in my possession, and move on to a different brand that does the same thing for actual monetary savings rather than flat incentives to continue to purchase by way of brand only.
Thanks for letting us know how much you loved the gift cards. Knowing which items are most valuable to you is very helpful to us as we select reward options. Giftcards have been discontinued. We are working to bring you rewards that are more exclusive and a higher value. We hope you give our new rewards a try! We’re sharing your feelings with our Pampers Club Team.
