Not easy

Yes, the app allows you to set spending limits but if you need to make change its can be difficult especially when you’re in the store. It would be nicw if you could freeze/unfreeze your card from within the banking app itself. Face recognition on My cvard rules would also be welcomed. Lastly, an online password reset would be great!

Won’t accept any of my cards save one

I got this app and put my debit MasterCard from a local credit union on there first and it worked great. Set up alerts on spending limits and was happy. Then I decided to link up my other cards. I have debit and credit card visas from Bank of America that aren’t compatible, my Amex Macy’s credit card isn’t compatible, and my visa local small bank debit card isn’t compatible. I have a wide range of cards from small and large financial institutions. Quite amazed that only one works with MCR. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if the app is really just this picky.

Always Need to Log In

This app would get more stars if I didn’t have to always do a full login. My bank contacted the processing company and they said “That’s how it’s supposed to be.” After logging in with password, it MAKES you enter a passcode, teasing you that you can use that instead of a full login. Them asks if you want to allow fingerprint access on iPhone, which I do. Then if you don’t open the app daily, you have to do it all over again! And THAT’S the way it’s supposed to be???? No one NEEDS to look at it daily!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
