I've been a Dubb customer for about 1.5 yr, and I can honestly say that Dubb has become such an integral part of my business. Using video to communicate with clients and reach out to potential leads has completely changed the way I do business. The videos are visually appealing & easy for my clients to navigate. I will say that it took me a while to get the hang of the software and setting everything up was a bit challenging for me - I am not the most techy gal, so please take that with a grain of salt. Once everything was set up, I was super impressed.The web interface is user-friendly, and with the latest update, the Dubb app is phenomenal. I record my videos in the Apple Clips app, and uploading them to the Dubb app is a breeze. I appreciate that I can change backgrounds, font colors, and CTA's very easily. The support received from Dubb is prompt & I feel like my business is valued. Lastly, the things that have really been very helpful for me as a solopreneur are as follows:> Dubb integrates directly with my scheduling software, which saves me SO much time.> The Outloook plugin is also incredibly helpful and time-saving, allowing me to directly insert the videos I use daily into my emails.There are so many more functionalities that I know I haven't taken advantage of yet, but look forward to doing so as my business continues to grow. Previously, I had been with another very popular video CRM company for 2 years and I can say that Dubb far exceeds the competitor. I'd recommend Dubb over and over again!

I’ve been in my industry for 20 years now, and never realized the real power of video until getting started with video marketing. Video does something that phone calls, and even in person meetings can’t do (yes those have their value as well). Video however allows you to convey your personality and vulnerability, without the other person having to commit to the same (compared to phone and in person). Harnessing this, in combination with phone and in person sales, is an EXPONENTIAL multiplier in successful marketing. The Dubb platform is incredibly easy to use, while also having very advanced capabilities if you want to go that route. Dubb makes it so simple and efficient for me to incorporate 1:1 personalized videos into every stage of my sales process, client experience, follow-up presentations, sharing valuable info. to my clients instead of a long and boring email, making LinkedIn connections, etc. The integrations with all my social platforms is an amazing benefit and means that I can now shoot a quick video either on my smartphone (with the Dubb app) or laptop/desktop camera and either post it direct in my feed or send a more private personalized message to anyone. Some might say say bombbomb is more user friendly and i heard people say Dubb was a bit overwhelming but they actually walk you step by step if needed however after one day of using the platform it felt more natural and actually focuses on analytics.
