"I tried using Opcity to find leads for my real estate business and unfortunately, my experience with their platform was not as successful as I had hoped. The quality of leads I received was disappointing, as most of them did not pan out and were not prequalified as promised. Additionally, I faced glitches and technical difficulties after updating my phone, which prevented me from claiming any leads at all. I was very disappointed with my experience and hope that this feedback will prompt Opcity to address the issues and improve their service. As a professional in the real estate industry, my success relies heavily on the quality of leads I receive and I strongly believe that investing in a lead generation platform should yield a positive return. While I appreciated the concept of Opcity and the promises it made, it did not deliver the results expected. Overall, I cannot recommend Opcity at this time."

I will start off with saying I had a great experience using Opcity at first. I closed with the first lead I got. I’ve been using Opcity for a year and a half and I have gotten 4 closings and 1 current listing because of it. However, there are many things I really dislike about Opcity and need change.Straight up, I’ve had leads tell me that the Opcity agents push them to lie about their buying timeframe. This is very unprofessional of Opcity and makes me not trust them or want to use them anymore.Next, I’ve noticed it gives my fellow agents better advantages as far as location. I would be standing next to my fellow agent as she would be getting a lead in Clovis, CA, where we live, but I never got that notification. Instead, I would only get leads an hour away from where I lived. Opcity needs to make it more fair for other agents to get leads who are in certain areas and also closer to them. Opcity also raised their referral fees too high. It used to be 30% for normal leads and 35% for “platinum” leads. They now raised both of those an additional 5%. I’ve had platinum leads change their budget, and I’m still stuck with the 40% referral fee of a $65,000 deal.Opcity needs to significantly reevaluate how they do businesses. To me, it seems like they are taking advantage of agents, being very greedy, and dishonest. It’s just another reason why the term “Realtor” has lost value.

I was using Opcity for just over a year now I have experience very poor quality in many of the leads they supply, they say that they’re vetted, and pre-qualified. Many of the leads that I get are already working with an agent. The biggest setback I’ve run into so far as I operate on a team with my brokerage. I ended up closing out a client that was transferred to me, and as many of you may not know you need to close three deals under your account in Opcity before you can set parameters for the referrals you receive. I asked the representative at opcity if they could transfer that closing to my account because I was the agent that close the deal, he refused to do so into this day I do not have three closes and cannot set my, I don’t know if it was general laziness on the customer service representative. I spoke to, but I was very disappointed I will be very reluctant to take any more opcity Leads in the future.
