Exceeded my expectations. I can now control my external lights using either the app or Alexa. Essentially it's one click to open the app, and another to switch the appliance on or off. Setting schedules is easy and there is a lot of additional information provided about usage etc that is useful. Has been very reliable. Am definitely a fan of their products (I have one external and one internal smart socket).

The app work great for the first few months. Then every day now it drops one or two of the devices and I have to reinstall them. The integration with Alexa was fantastic when it works, the deemphasized here is when it works. I wish there was an alternative program that I could use it because this one I’m getting ready to delete it, and rip out all the stuff that I’ve installed in the walls and purchase something new because to have to reinstall the hardware every single day is crazy. I would’ve gone with a different system, I guess that’s what I get for purchasing the least expensive system

I bought three of the outdoor outlet smart plugs and they work perfectly! Setup was easy. Just make sure to hold your phone as close as possible to the device when setting it up. Hopefully they will last a long time. I will be purchasing more of their products soon. :)

Easy to setup and use. I use them for holiday lights. Can turn on/off remotely from app. Have easy to use timers. Also use to operate my boat heater which is set to turn on when temperature nears freezing.Have had one outside exposed to the elements for two years and still works great .
