Need the “Add Photo” feature to return. It was in the previous version.I used to be able to take photos of items that need attention and then just add them when I get to the tag and scan.I don’t see that option anymore.Now, I have to get to the tag and scan, then go back to the item and take a photo.

I discovered the GuardsPro app after doing a lot of research on a bunch of different apps that offered the same things Guardspro offers but most of the apps I saw had steep price tags that a small business owner like myself just starting out couldn’t afford. I signed up for the service and added the scheduling feature too to streamline all the tools and documents my guards would need in one place. I have to say after using GuardsPro for about 3 months now I absolutely love it!!! I would recommend this company and this app to any other small to midsize security companies looking for a powerful yet cost effective option for guard management software.

Update!! Every time I take pictures before writing a report when I go to write the report my keyboard disappears and when that happens all my photos I took while on property disappear. This needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP This is the app my company uses. Ever since the update to 8.0 I’ve no longer been able to upload pictures from my gallery in reports. I prefer to do it that way because I use a timestamp camera that has the precise location and time of the picture taken. We use the gps location to preform our site tours (perimeter checks) and sometimes I’ll be within the radius of the geo location for minutes before it registers that I’m there. The app is solid otherwise and I’ll change to a 4 or 5 star review if I can start using my gallery to upload photos again

no app for managers or administrative personnel

I own the company and the only way that I can look and see where my guards are is if I get on my computer or laptop, login and see. It would be great if as the owner or administrator of the account I could use an app to upload information message my guards schedule people and what not. It will not even allow you to log into the app if you are an administrator. If you’re looking for a professional app for management administrators, and your officers look elsewhere.Update** received a message to use my phones browser to log into the admin portal of their website. Seems to work as designed but my review is for the app not the website. Why not just include this capability into the app itself?
