I am forever having to restart the app because it's constantly "freezing". I use this to keep an eye on my toddler while sleeping or playing independently in the basement. Unfortunately, I can't rely on this camera or application to help me make sure he's safe. The picture is relatively clear when it is up and working. I hate that there's a delay of a couple seconds with the picture and sound. I've tried troubleshooting multiple different things that might help with the speed, and nothing has made it better. All in all, I'm annoyed and not impressed.

I bought this device and downloaded this app while the service is this issue as loading issues error issues, connection issues, constantly having issues. I finally regret buying them, but I already set a stone. I bought two cameras and added it to this app because I was supposed to do, but it feels like the application is like made in China so it lacks unique quality to produce clarity and picture frames. It also blurred detection isn’t as good it does have a light that turns on and controlling seem fine but there’s a lot of loading issues when it comes to videos when it comes to sounds things are very slow. They’re not right away. Same time I can get up from the couch and look at it while I’m getting up but on the camera still on the couch getting up slowly so and the alerts to go off, they need to update app in this to add more features need to have more accessibility more alert settings more cost-effective ways to produce the application when using the camera so that way individual using application can find easier to process it and be user-friendly, but this application is more hard to do but it’s connection labs it’s not notifications are frequent. I need more evaluation and better software.

I absolutely love this camera, I use it as a baby monitor! I’ve been having trouble opening the app though, I’ve tried deleting it & redownloading it as well as checking for updates. Unfortunately nothing is working as soon as I open and attempt to sign in the crashes, goes black, & closes out the app. I DESPERATELY need this to work again, it’s been this way for a while. I’ve attempted to try and find a way to get into contact with someone about this issue but wasn’t able to find a way, hopefully someone will see this and can help! Not a bad review though, love the product!😂

I already commented on the annoyance of the cloud storage ads every single time you open the app, but I have to also mention that the app is now worthless for monitoring anything because it now allows your screen to lock while watching the camera. It used to stay open indefinitely, but now after a minute, the screen locks, forcing you to unlock your screen, reopen the app, and again watch the stupid cloud storage ad. I use this to monitor my daughter’s crib and I’m often doing other tasks while doing so. Having the screen lock after just a minute renders this app - and any wifi camera that relies on it - completely and utterly useless. Hopefully the developers read these reviews cause their app is total trash after the latest reviews. Stay away.
