Zero customer support when things go wrong

Booked a court at Sport Time Randalls Island for December 12th at 10pm. Got a confirmation in the app, drove all the way there, and the facility said I wasn’t in their system. They gave my court away for a tournament with zero notice.Now I’m stuck between CatchCorner and Sport Time with no way to get a refund. The app has NO customer service phone number. None. So I can’t even call to resolve this.When a booking platform takes your money and confirms your reservation, the absolute bare minimum is having a way for customers to contact you when things go wrong. Email support isn’t good enough for time-sensitive issues like this.The app works fine when everything goes smoothly, but the second there’s a problem, you’re completely on your own. What’s the point of a booking platform if they can’t help when their partner facilities mess up?Either add real customer support or stop charging for reservations you can’t guarantee. This is unacceptable for a paid service.

This app has thousands upon thousands of fields and rentals available to reserve, making it an amazing platform for finding exactly what you’re looking for. There’s a huge variety of options, and having so many reservations available in one place makes the app incredibly useful.That said, the UI could definitely benefit from a few quality-of-life improvements. For example, it would be great if your selected filters were saved after opening a reservation to preview or book it. Having to reapply filters when returning to your search can make browsing more tedious than it needs to be. Small improvements like this would make the overall experience feel much smoother and more polished.Aside from minor issues like that, the app does what it’s meant to do very well. The sheer number and variety of available reservations make it an excellent platform, and with a few UI improvements, the experience could be even better.
