This is for review on Apple TV app (not iPhone). On multiple complaints, finally the team released firmware update on November 26 which still has not fixed the picture quality issues. Still it’s poor. The settings while playing video has Auto, low, medium, HD and Full HD options. Selecting the HD /Full HD does not improve quality. 2 versions prior to this update, those options were perfect. It seems the team is not testing thoroughly on TV before releasing to public or testing on the phone. Phone screens are small on which quality is always good. They should test in TVs to understand the issue. Team should take the issue seriously to fix this.Customer service is horrible as nobody answers phone and they have WhatsApp number which they never reply. Very poor tech support. Apple TV app deserves zero feedback
(Resolved) Charges you for the subscription, doesn’t let you make a password

Contacting customer service solved no issue. Got this issue resolved within 24 hours. The fact that this happened in the first place is a little unfortunate.**How can the IT of a multimillion dollar empire be so bad. When you sign up for the app’s subscription you don’t get to create a password, you’re just taken to a logged in version of the app. So the only device you can access this service from is the one you bought the service from. When I try to login it says USER DOESNT EXIST and when I create an account it says EMAIL ALREADY REGISTERED. I’ve request a refund from my credit card company and would like to see if the company that made this app would try to rectify this situation.**

I would give -10 rating if given an option. When I tried to purchase the yearly subscription using a credit card the app showed a transaction failed error so I tried again using a different credit card and the same error showed up again. I then checked the subscription page and it showed that I have an active subscription and I was charged on both the cards. Basically double charged and they won’t refund me back saying they have a senseless “no refund” policy. Stay away from this app and ETV they are stealing our money. They are fraudsters. Having such a big reputation of owning so many group of companies and doing pure fraud. I assume that’s how they became billionaires, by cheating people.
Such a rip off and they wont give you refund not the enable your account after charging.

I wish I could give a 0⭐️rating. I have been charged 2 times for yearly subscription more than a week ago now and app still shows I do not have membership to watch. When I opened support ticket, they asked me to email them proof of the apple charges, which I shared with them. Then they emailed me a contact number to call them, I’ve been trying to reach out to that number and no one answers and the voice mail box is full. We can’t leave any VMs nor getting any response in fixing account or to give the refund.
