If you have been looking in ur calender you will notice that it says you have a virus and have to clean it but if you click on the link its not apples real website but when you click on the link it will take you to instructions telling you to install that vpn but I already have one and it says i do in the settings so if you need a vpn dont use this one

If you have been looking in ur calender you will notice that it says you have a virus and have to clean it but if you click on the link its not apples real website but when you click on the link it will take you to instructions telling you to install that vpn but I already have one and it says i do in the settings so if you need a vpn dont use this one

I. Bought there 5 year plan and they said on their website that they have India as a server location, that’s true but I always had issues connecting to their India servers and even when it connected the websites didn’t work and they would recognize the vpn and just error out. I reached out to their customer service and raised this issue with one specific site not working. They said they were going to do an unblocking process and it would take 2 weeks and I said fine update me once done. They updated me for 1 week or so and then I reached out to them at the end of week two, they came back saying its still in unblocking process. Well, its over 3 months and they are I guess still unblocking because I haven’t heard anything from them and site still doesn’t work. Better stay away and get NordVPN, they have India now and also works fine with that same site. I had nord before, but tried this new thing to experiment but failed.

I've used this VPN for roughly one year. Have the five year plan. On my laptop, no problem. On my iPhone different story. Every so often if I want faster loading speed I will turn the VPN off. Occasionally the VeePN app will open but not load, so I'm essentially forced to go into general phone settings to turn VPN off. Annoying, but tolerable. That is until today, twice now I have experienced my phone unable to connect to Wi-Fi or LTE, and the kicker is that the VPN wasn't even on! However, I know it is the VeePN app which is responsible for this lack of connectivity because when I open phone's general settings, I have that spinning load circle next to "VPN connecting..."In summary, this app needs improvement. It is concerning to me -- perhaps due to my own lack of understanding of this technology -- but it is concerning to me when an app I rely on to encrypt outgoing data turns into something which makes my phone incapable of send outgoing data. A reasonable question would be, if VeePN cannot make a seamless app experience and does not make any apparent effort to improve existing faults within the app, then how reliable is the service at performing its fundamental duty of encrypting outgoing data?The question of whether or not VeePN can do itsfundamental job shouldn't exist. But it does. And since reliability is paramount when it comes to a VPN, it would seem, based on other reviews I've read here, VeePN is more concerned with taking money they haven't earned than with, ohhhh I dunno, performing its singlular, sole purpose without issue. Needless to say, I'll be paying for a new VPN provider in ~10 minutes time.

Misleading “money-back guarantee”

I didn’t mean to purchase the week subscription so that day I immediately requested a refund. On VeePN website they have a “money-back guarantee” within a certain amount of days. I was well within that timeframe but they sent me to apple to request the refund which was denied. Then apple sent me to VeePN and the cycle continued for a week. An Apple senior customer service agents said the VeePN website is misleading because they say they can give your money back knowing that if you purchase through a third party they have no ability to give your money back. You also have to email them to cancel your subscription or they will keep charging you. You cannot cancel it through the app. DO NOT use this service. They don’t even have a customer service phone number. I am not happy with this company at all. Don’t spend your hard earned money here.
