As other reviewer noted no way to link online reservation to app, but supershuttle app does this no problem and you get lots of notification pushed with ride updates. Emailed reservation confirmation did not directions as to how to get to Ride. Was very confusing finding desk in Seattle airport. Arrows show uturns make no sense. Waiting outside in cold. One info guy at SeaTac told me to go to courtesy phones to call in and that was wrong. Have to go to desk and follow “door to door vans” signs which show you make a uturn and make no sense. So poor shuttle express app and customer direction and poor seatac signage review. SuperShuttle much better organized and app is flawless but they are not located at SeaTac.

I reserved online, and the confirmation pointed me towards this app. But there is no way to enter an existing reservation. Perhaps it is because my reservation is for a shared ride and a different reviewer reported you can only reserve private rides with this app. Regardless, do nothing t waste your time. This is a worthless app.
Very hard to register

JUST NUMBERS FOR THE PASSWORD: When going through the convoluted registration process 1)you have to register as a new user always2)the password it’s asking you for can only be numbers (and only 4 of them...). Just enter any 4 numbers to get through that step.

I signed up for an account online and just downloaded this app. After selecting “Already registered”, I try to enter my password but the field only accepts numeric characters so if your password is alphanumeric, it will never log you in. This is a very poorly designed app.
