I just wanted to say that you guys should make deals with Korek and Asiacell because for example if you buy a 60 dinar Korek card using the FastPay app it charges 72,500 that’s really high since you guys are a company you can make deals with Korek and buy the cards for 60 and sell the cards for like 62 or 61 dinars 72,500 is just really high and this isn’t just with Korek or specifically a 60 dinar card it’s with every other card for example the 5 Dinar Korek card takes 6 dinars that’s all I had to say otherwise the app is amazing its one of the first apps in Kurdistan to have that capability

When the new software version of this application come out was recommended to me; hence, tried to update it. It was very reasonable for me to think that when I tried to verify me through there verification processes that my passport and national ID would be satisfactory. That is bc I do not have “Karti Nishtimani” due to slow government processing. Every time I tried over many times the applications would not read nor scan any of my identification although I have followed their instructions. Then I tried seeking help from the nearest Fast pay Center to me and the also Tried with no success bc no camera on my IPhone 13 pro nor my Galaxy could read the identifications. Well to say the least I was very disappointed in fast pay although I use to use it very frequently. But I do not feel there is adequate professionalism nor good customer services by fast pay to persuade me to continue being there customer!

The new UI update doesn’t make things easier, on the contrary, some of the tasks have became more difficult, for example buying mobile card doesn’t give you the serial number right away, you have to open the invoice and scroll all the way down to copy the number using a tiny button, then you may need to add the network-specific recharge codes such as *221*SN# which would have been very helpful if the app added those. There are buttons that do nothing all over the place, and some test data exist in the app, for instance there are FastPay agents in Algeria and South America.I think the notifications have got better that is a nice addition.

Following this review I wrote them on Facebook, I got locked out of my account. It is almost too comical. What a childish thing to do 😂. FastPay, the petty king 👑. Thank you for a good story! I had to wait three hours, call customer service twice, call another random wrong number given to me by Fastpay, then finally write them a facebook message to be told they wont change my purchase while giving NO reason at all. Refunds, hell exchanges is the least thing you can do for your users, and Fastpay can’t even manage to pull that off. It is clear that they put no thought in this and they are not a serious about offering a service. Wont ever use it again. I will tell whoever I come across not to use it. Not like they can because you can’t even get to recharge your account in offcial Fastlink stores.You can’t really get away with such a abismal customer service, while offering such little value, especially with all the competition. Folks, use Asia Hawala and Zain Cash. They seem to serious about offering a service.
