Frustrating Experience with ABL Banking App on iOS

I'm extremely disappointed with the ABL banking app's performance on my iOS device. Every time I try to log in, it prompts me to verify my fingerprint through biometrics, even though I've already set it up previously. This repetitive and unnecessary verification process is not only frustrating but also defeats the purpose of a seamless mobile banking experience.What's even more concerning is that I've complained about this issue multiple times, but it seems like no one is taking any action to resolve it. It's unacceptable that a major bank like ABL can't ensure their app works properly on popular devices like iPhones.I hope the development team takes my feedback seriously and fixes this issue ASAP. Until then, I'll have to look for alternative banking solutions.

Worst App i have ever seen

All of Pakistani banks apps are ridiculous. I was trying to get OTP through an email it took me 10 minutes to get it but when I entered it was already expired. It took 20 minutes to pay a utility bill. Ridiculous app service. ABL needs to improve their app service so many bugs. Once you pay your bill it doesn’t take you back to utility so that you can pay another bill for that option you need to logout kill the process than you have to re sign in to pay the bill and wait another 20 minutes to pay your 2nd bill. Thakkar app. They need to kick their developers out and look for some decent new developers to make their app run and smooth. I would give them zero star.

Beautiful App BUT Worst App Icon

The myABL app is beautifully designed and very easy to use. The interface feels modern, smooth, and far ahead of many other banking apps in Pakistan. Everything inside the app works well and looks polished.But the app icon is disappointing. Compared to other banking apps, it looks outdated and doesn’t match the elegance of the app itself. A refreshed icon would make the overall experience perfect.
