The nedbank money app is way way better than the previous app which was seriously bad. Ui is smooth however1. Fingerprint login never works which is a pain2. On a few occasions I was logged out and had to reinstall and reconnect my account which was painful But I use it and have not had any issues for a few months except for the fingerprint issue
OTP sms Not Working

Hey guys. Could you please push an update ASAP to address this issue. Since the last update, I was forced to re-register on the Money app. The approve-it message fails during registration and then it’s supposed to send through an OTP, which isn’t prompted and doesn’t happen either. Hence I can’t use the app which I’ve been using for ages. According to the professional banking call center, they contacted IT and the developers and were told it’s a known issue on this iOS release. The same is happening on the new internet banking website with the OTP not being sent. I can’t make important payments until this is resolved. Please assist and action ASAP. Thanks.

Was one of the early adopters of this app. It’s fantastic. There’s only a few small bugs/annoyances but otherwise works great. There’s consistent development with this app, more and more features are being added.1)logs in kinda slow (maybe an animated loading icon at startup would help?)2)there’s no clear all notifications button, you have to hold to select all which is unintuitive.3)there was, but now removed, privacy screen. Which means you can see my bank balance in the app-switcher4) Feature request: More customization for the Home Screen - there’s widgets and other cool things but I’d like to change them to what I need.

Honestly I am so frustrated using Nedbank Money App that I would not recommend their Facilities. At least once a month I have pop up message asking me to accept changes to account, I then have to call in to Nedbank for them to tell me that I must keep an eye for fraud. Makes it worse that once a month I must reload my passwords and enter card details over and over. I am also use another bank app for main account and is far more user friendly without any of the hassles I currently have with Nedbank Money? I have made multiple calls about the frustration and bank done nothing to resolve?
This version update contains some bug fixes and introduces multiple client experience enhancements, including additional security on various product applications and login functionality, and a new look and feel to client inbox notifications.
