The app was great at first I did all the videos. Then my account was hacked (they got it through the bank account that was also gotten into) and so I filled for a fraud. But they changed the password on me I can’t get into it. The old convention I had the first time I thought it was taken care of. Then a month ago I get an email about a dept (didn’t say the amount of money) that I had to pay or it’d be sent to collections. Me being new to this I was scared I emailed them back saying that I have no idea what’s going on. I thought my account was closed for fraud. (Didn’t get any of my money back from it tho). Now they are telling me I have to reset the password through emails and the time delay is aweful. You have 30 minutes to use a link that’s sent but you never know when that link will be sent. (I ended up missing the email 3 times after confirming I was ready for the email) waiting for it for like and hour or so. I go to work and end up missing the link time and it doesn’t work. This still hasn’t been resolved and honestly I’m fed up with it now. It’s made me hate crypto currency’s or apps that sell them. There’s no number to call it’s all through email. Honestly, I’m not gonna say that I don’t like this app. I feel like it’s extremely user-friendly. It’s very easy to use and to purchase crypto and hook up and even customer service is responsive. But here’s where the real problems lie. One of the things that I absolutely hate about this app is there is only a certain amount of things that you can do. Kraken allows you to set 60 by end or sell orders this one only allows you to do 20. You can use the crypto card if you have the debit card, but if you ever pull it off of the app, you can’t put it back on and so it stays on there, which is kind of stupid because that means you can’t even pull out Cash if you wanted to it has to be used with the debit card. Customer service can seriously act like they don’t know what the Frick is going on which can be extremely annoying. Some of the buy and sell orders you can’t do more than $5000 which is dirt cheap in comparison to most apps again like Kraken who will let you do a buy or sell order for a lot more. That means you have to set it perfectly or less than in order for it to hit. Overall, I give it a three maybe a four, even the incentives to login every day I’m at almost 200 days and yet all you still get is one diamond at the most maybe two diamonds and then when you go to cash them in when you get 25 you’re gonna get maybe one crow I highly doubt that anyone has ever actually gotten the big one as I’ve seen so many accounts who opened up thousands of diamonds and never got anything which is such a scam. So overall, I’m not saying the app is bad. I obviously still use it, but most of my funds are elsewhere
