I followed SBY on you tube on and off for a few years. I couldn’t get into a rhythm and wasn’t sure where to start. When SBY released her birthday special for the app and membership, I snagged the deal and I’m so so happy I did. The app gave me a starting point by having calendar to follow along with. While I wasn’t necessarily a beginner, I certainly wouldn’t qualify as an intermediate, I went ahead and started with the beginner calendar and I’m glad I did. I was a refresher on how to flow properly and the prompts she gives are spot and and at the exact time I need them (example: “keep shoulders soft, keep core engaged, hips aligned)! There is a daily calendar that has preloaded routines for you OR you can add your own routine from her collection or calendar programs. When completing them, a little green check mark appears and gosh it’s great to see a green check mark as a way to keep track and keep me motivated. I highly recommend this app, especially to beginners. Sarah Beth, you were exactly where I needed you to be for me to snag the birthday special. Thank you!

I’m so glad I discovered Sarah Beth Yoga! First, Sarah Beth is an amazing teacher. She has the most calming voice and explains every movement and pose so clearly, you don’t even have to look at the video to know what to do, and that’s coming from someone who was a total newbie when I started!Second, the app is amazing. The videos are categorized so well. You can sort through by type of yoga, focus (which part of the body), time of day, (wake up morning yoga, bedtime yoga...) and so on. I also like searching through videos by keyword, level, or length. It’s so easy to find the perfect video every single time. I also love the ability to turn off my phone screen and still have the audio from the video playing. Great for practicing right before bed when you don’t want a bright light from your phone screen. Plus it’s great to be able to save and download favorite videos, so even if you’re on vacation with a horrible connection, you can still practice your yoga. All in all, great app!! Highly recommend it if you’re at all interested in yoga.

This app so far has been great. I love the “community” part of the app to be able to interact with others on the same journey without being on social media platforms. I like the calendar feature and that there are so many programs to choose from- you can start as a 100% newbie like me or be an old pro and it seems like there’s a spot for everyone. My one recommendation would be the ability to add all sessions to the calendar from a multi-day program instead of having to add each class to calendar separately. But honestly that’s not a big deal at all, it’s not hard to add separate days : ) In the calendar SBY has a daily yoga video to do that automatically pops up and I think that’s wonderful! Or you can add your own to the calendar from the literally hundreds of options and I love that you can check it off when done. It brings a nice closure feeling. I’m only on day 3 but so far I am so glad I have this app

I was practicing yoga with Sarah Beth for two year before the app was developed. I was so excited when it launched, and I joined immediately and took advantage of the founders rate. Right after download I realized that the videos weren’t downloading. At all. I tried everything. I made sure it was the current update to both the app and phone. When it didn’t work after buying the new iPhone 8 I reached out to support. They had my try a few things and when it didn’t work they basically told me I was out of luck! Okay, fine. At least I could enjoy the full classes at home. But that’s not all. When it was time for my subscription to renew, I got an email stating there was a problem with my payment option. Okay, no problem, I updated it and waited for it to renew. I got another email still saying there was a problem, so I logged back in and found that it didn’t update. So I updated it again. Then I received another email telling me that they cancelled my account! So I reached out to them and explained my problem. They said I would have to rejoin at double the amount I paid before! No way. Not after the so called ‘service’ I received. Sorry SarahBeth. I’ll be taking my practice and business elsewhere. It was good while it lasted.
