We’ve been using this app to manage our barn’s records, and it’s been a total game-changer. Our operation is large—we have horses leased out to multiple locations, a full 4-H program, boarding clients, and more. This app handles it all. Keeping track of health records, scheduling, and individual horse info across programs is finally simple and organized.What really sets it apart is the customer service. Any time we’ve had a question or needed help customizing something for our setup, their team has been fast, helpful, and genuinely invested in making it work for us. Highly recommend for anyone managing a complex or multi-site equine operation.

I want to love everything about it, and I almost do, but I find the price expensive (if you want more than the free version) and it’s not super super clear what features you have access to in the tier that you have, ie free version, silver, gold, etc. Otherwise I have no complaints. The interface is somewhat straightforward. I love that you can add all sorts of details. I love the ride tracker, although I wish I had access to the tracker history. I love that you can select multiple horses on each ride/input. It’s great and it’ll serve me nicely. I’m just sad about the price for the next level tiers :( I think you can share your horses with other people and they can add rides/sessions/appointments but I wouldn’t know, the free version doesn’t allow sharing like that.
Super helpful for tracking progress

Back in February of 2024, I started working with 3 senior horses (22,28 & 30) that did not belong to me but who “needed me.” Without prior histories available, it makes trying to decipher their current standings more challenging. With this app, I can record everything I do with these beautiful animals to heal them and help them recover with the convenience of my phone. So long as my phone works, this will be invaluable for keeping track of their progress! It is thorough and user friendly…even the basic version. Thank you!

This is a great app to track everything related to your horse including its care, training, lessons, tack, appointments, costs, injuries, and more! It’s easy to use and I love the ability to enter data from my laptop. There’s a paid option for equine-related businesses too. I highly recommend!!
