I’ve been using the pro version the last few years. The cost is spot on and the programming is fantastic. I’ve made some of the greatest aesthetic changes in my body since using calisthenics and this app. You can scale it to your level and work toward more advanced routines. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, advanced, or need an evolution program to help you reach a goal, this app cannot be beat.

3 weeks in. There are several programs and individual workouts you can choose from. I don’t have any comparisons. I like having a program to follow and I usually Incorporate a single muscle group weight routine with each day trying to finish all in around an hour. The advanced level is a bit much. I find the intermediate spot on and challenges me. Only 4 stars because it could use an individual timer and you cannot skip or repeat workouts.

This is a great app in my opinion. The progressions are well planned and suitable for beginners. I only suggest a little more interaction with the community section of the app. I like seeing others peoples progress and would love to give shoutouts - that would be cool! Other than that great programs. Nothing too fancy just the goods which I like! Looking forward to mastering all the moves!

The app has plenty of routines and exercises in its library, which is great. But I wish it would let me add past workouts to a specific date. I can only have the workout on the calendar if I do it at the moment. And it requires me to actually go through the workout on the app versus just adding what I did with the rest period, etc.It would also be nice to be able to plan future workouts and add them to the calendar for the sake of saving time and also have a progression plan. Now, one has to find the desired routine and then go through it
