Everything is good in this app very transparent only the problem they don’t mention Facilities address. it is convenient who is booking Load they can see Facilities address so that they can check for the warehouse status. where to go and how to get in.

If you do not have your “ load number”, you are completely screwed and you cannot report if you are late. It sounds too simple yes; just have the load number. However., when you work for another broker, and you are driving in extreme weather to let them know that you were going to be late, you are practically done for. Just imagine having to pull up the load number when you are dealing with heavy wins and heavy snow and they cannot help you without that - yet at the same time you pop in your phone number on this app and it magically pulls up the load number.. so how come we cannot just give our phone number to the representatives they’re supposed to be helping us when the drivers have issues? It’s totally backwards

Not sure of what happened, but this app is extremely slow to respond lately.If I want to search for new loads it takes several seconds to open a desired search option…I hope the app admin can fix this.Also this app compared to som other Brokerages is very “basic”. I like to search for my loads trough the app instead of waiting for long time on the phone to reach a broker.Tracking , submitting paperwork, checking on payment status would be a plus and I would defiantly book more loads with XPO.

My only issue is with payment. My last 2 invoices took 88 plus days to pay . My factoring company was holding over $2,000 of my invoices due to aging invoices from XPO. After serval emails and phone calls . I was able to expedite the payment. I will continue to work with Xpo in future based on point of contacts and assured me if I run across this issue in future reach out to upper management point of contact . Thanks for resolution.,
