I have had two separate encounters with Jack Brown over the phone attempting to solve the issue of why my orders aren’t being picked up or in the system. Each time I have called the person who I’m speaking with is very kind but admits to not being helpful because they don’t really know anything about the pick up process or system. I would absolutely love to hear from someone who does know. I like this cleaners. I like the product they provide. I simply am continuing to experience the same glitch in the app that prevents my orders from being seen by the store for pick up. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again. My username says I have a recurring pick up for Tuesdays. There is nothing further I can do on the app than that. But no one is getting my “recurring pickup” from my porch on Tuesdays. Please please help me. Someone with actual knowledge of the pick up system in the app.
