eTurns TrackStock iPhone app allows users to quickly order or track consumption of any of the items that already exist in their eTurns Stockrooms. ORDERS: either the distributor rep (VMI) or the end-customer (CMI) can SCAN any of an item's bar codes (or search for items) and quantity to place an order with any distributor. The order is transmitted either by cell phone or WiFi connection. Order confirmation is provided quickly with an email back to the user’s email account on the iPhone, noting the Stockroom and account, the items ordered successfully and the items not ordered successfully and why. PULLS: a user can SCAN bar codes to record they have pulled an item from inventory which, when the on-hand quantity falls below a MINIMUM, will trigger a Suggested Order back to any supplier. WORK ORDER PULLS: users can group parts and labor pulls on a work order for tracking costs on jobs they perform for themselves or at customers job sites. INVENTORY COUNTS: users may count inventory and update the on-hand quantity of the items counted. Any authorized user with access to the web will have visibility into the remote stockrooms inventory, transactions, and reporting.

-The new theme 'Soft ' is set as the default look & feel of the Trackstock app. The theme options in the Settings enable users to choose the look & feel they prefer.
-QuickList tool will help users quickly access groups of items. The QuickList module displays the details of the chosen QuickList entity and users can click on each item in the list for this item's detailed info.
-Barcode scanners in Trackstock have added the ability to scan and decode various UPC barcodes. The scanning system can also look up items by Serial, Supplier, UPC, and Manufacture number embedded in the barcode.
-Bluetooth barcode scanners are now easily connected to the Trackstock app via Bluetooth pairing in the IOS devices and can remotely scan barcodes into Trackstock.
-Count module allows users to count items in each specific Lot and by Expiration Date or with a specific Serial number.
-Users can configure to display selected UDF values in the Requisition comments field.

-Sync Service is responsible for syncing data from the remote database server to a mobile device for updating changes automatically. In the Settings, users can enable the sync service, specify the sync interval and select which transaction types need to be synced such as Orders,Work Orders, Requisitions, Counts, Transfers…
-Search UDFs: users can filter the udf value list by typing a search and choosing the proper value.
-By enabling “Quantity Change Notification” in the Settings, a prompt will display on each change of quantity value to force users to apply the change.
-Also, enable “Allow Auto Pull Selected Credit Items” in the Settings allows items selected for credit to be automatically selected/checked to pull as well.
-Users can set “Use Default Location” in the Scan Settings to automatically apply the default location to the items scanned instead of using the location value on the scanned barcode.
-The Work Order field is added to the Requisition header to let users to be able to input the WorkOrder Number value in a requisition transaction.
-Pull Order Number field and Project Spend field are also added to line items in modules: Work Orders, Pulls and Requisitions.
-The Release Number of a Work Order is displayed to make it easier for users to recognize the right transactions.

-More columns in an item list are configured to be sortable. When the header cell of a column is clicked, the sort order is toggled between ascending and descending.
-The header font in UDFs (User Defined Fields) can be configured to display the desired font size. UDF header font size can be changed in Settings->UDFs.
-UDFs of the Item are also added and displayed in the tables which make more detailed information about an item viewable.
-A Technician field and UDFs columns are added to the Check-in Tool transaction so that users can fill in a technician name and UDF values.
