Im frustrated- i bough this account which is not very useful when just about everytime i go to use it- you must log in! They should make it where you can choose to stay logged in! Its stressful to go check my numbers n get a reading & it takes so long to double log in! Also i had hopped that i would be able to find & make workout playlist to do on a schedule to make it most beneficial for my needs. I like that i can cast ti my smart tv but whats the point when the search function isnt great- n the log in issues! I need it to stay logged in. Please make it more user friendly & fix the log in playlist issue. Dont want to boot up my computer each time i want to workout!
New App is not an improvement
Redheadgirl12
I love Melt and have been using On Demand for over a year. However, the “upgraded” app is terrible. The original app was primitive, but usable. The new app is even worse and so annoying to use that it causes stress. First, I have to enter my email to “get started”. I am then presented with a log in screen in which I have to reenter my email along with my password. Once I finally get the app open, I have to manually scroll through all the offerings to find the map I want. There is no search function, a very basic functionality that should have been included in this very poor release. There is also no way to save favorites from the app. I have to log in to a browser to do that. There are also privacy concerns - I should not have to select not to view me or hear me while playing the app. I can understand that with live streaming classes, but not with prerecorded maps. Support has been less than helpful. Any questions are met with the response that further upgrades will address any issues. This is not worthy paying a subscription fee to use.
Melt is amazing! The app is a tragedy

I am a long time melt user. I can’t say enough good things about the method. Everyone would benefit from it. The app however, is chaotic, crowded, and not user friendly. It is a frustrating experience each time I want to use it. Starting with signing in twice every time I need to use the app. The first and older version was not perfect but it was clean, useable and less crowded. It was easy to find the right maps, save favorites and such. Now, if I need a neck release map, for example I’m given so many options (29 to be specific). When I tap in any of the videos, each one is a long class-like platform with too many crowded and unnecessary options ( camera to record myself, list of people I don’t know and will not be necessary to connect with,…for what ?!) Sue has made plenty of videos specific enough to help with individual problem and imbalances. Now, it seems that every instructor that has taken melt certifications is in the app. Maybe Melt should be organized into users and instructors with different apps. Gone are the shorter, more specific uncluttered choices with an easy format that made Melting on demand easier. Every time I go in frustrates me and makes me want to quit my 5+ years subscription. Please fix it :(
Amazing exercises. New app design even worse than old one

For $130/year one would think they could have hired someone decent to do this app. The old app UX was pretty bad. But the new one is even worse. It’s like a first generation app - from 15 years ago. . Feels like a bunch of melt employees who are super familiar with the existing app and have zero UX experience designed it based on an afternoon of wouldn’t it be great if and forgetting the end user. Oh and none of them have used a fitness app or even Netflix. The HBO app works better than this one. The organization of materials is super random. No search. No way to figure out where the tutorial for some randomly named exercise is. And even the relaunch is a joke. They relaunched it. None of your old logins worked. No communication about it. Then once one was in. It had deleted all your faves etc. No more downloads.
