To use the Cape Cod 5 mobile banking app, simply download the app, launch it, and login with your credentials or enroll if you are a first-time user of Online and Mobile Banking. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.
Ive been with this bank for years, and they have always stepped up when needed. Their app is super easy to use, but there is always someone able, and more than willing to help inside all of their branches. I have needed a replacement debit card a few times and its a breeze to have it re “printed.” The messaging part of the app is super user friendly, and during business hours someone promptly always gets back to me. I have unfortunately needed to contact someone after hours due to a fraud charge and I was able to speak to a real person, have my card and accounts shut down and secured and a phone call first thing the next morning. I cant say enough positive comments about this bank.

We have had our famille’s checking (4), savings (2), safety deposit box, and mortgage with CC5 for over 30 years. Our daughter is an ICU RN moved to Portland, Oregon where she serves at a major hospital. She elected to keep her accounts with CC5; that says something. Service has always been excellent, staff more than friendly and willing to help. Other banks have tried to get us to switch; however, there is nothing they could offer to change us.
