But Now to report this App to government Attorneys crypto crimes. And Websites that report Scams . I’ve asked for assistance the platform owner that used this Coinbase wallet said they were affiliated to this app. So this app must also be apart of the crimes since their is no support for releasing funds Red Flag there is no support for issues with withdrawal of funds. The scammer said contact the app support which he knew would go in circles. So now the scammer who took lots of fees on cashapp for “trading” when time to send the investors profits had issues with cashapp. Send investors to what’s app to a scammer who have you go through over a 2 hr session which he sets up to supposedly receive your profits. But while setting up he creates a network that he tells you to click ethereum. Then send him the ethereum address. Then has you delete the network. But you won’t believe what happens he sends whats supposedly your profits that can be seen on Coinbase wallet. But when you try to with draw them They can not be withdrawn. And support on the app doesn’t help you get your funds either. It is a scam network of people starting with IG Had I received my profits I would believe they were ligitimate I believe it may be a Nigerian scam group.

I’ve been using the wallet about a month now and I haven’t really had a problem. I haven’t found a way to “cash out” or send funds directly to my bank acct from the wallet but I don’t think that’s what it or the exchange was designed for. Remember this is a crypto wallet, so naturally the devs want your funds to remain crypto. I’ve seen a lot of reviews that mention problems with transferring funds, non existent recovery phrases, and disappeared coins. I haven’t lost any coins but I did get an insufficient balance message after I tried to move funds from the Coinbase exchange to my wallet once. I had enough to cover the fee and was a little worried after reading the error but I waited for the confirmation email you get when whatever coin you buy on the exchange is available, then I tried the transfer again and it worked no problem. I suggest familiarizing yourself with the wallet and the exchange before you add funds to either. Review your recovery phrase and save it to the cloud, write it down, or commit it to memory. Familiarize yourself with the associated fees because they can add up quickly when converting, buying, or selling if you aren’t careful. Lastly, transfers to and from your wallet are not always instantaneous, but they are much faster and cheaper than traditional methods of sending and receiving funds.

My account was logged out without my knowledge or permission due to an update and I have not been assisted in anyway what so ever. I have attempted on multiple occasions to back up my recovery phrase but the application kept failing to do so, so I was not able to safety store the phrase within my iCloud. As a result I have not been able to successfully get back into my account for over 6 months. I have reached out to the support email, THREE separate occasions, and without any response to any of the emails, they closed my case and told me they simply could not help. The agreement that the users accepts DOES NOT exclusively state that Coinbase wallet does not save your recovery phrase, and I have yet to receive a response… The app is supposed to be fully functional and supportive but it clearly isn’t when you can’t back up your password, or log in to the account using an email and password like MetaMask… I have also read a ton of other reviews where this is an issue for hundreds (if not thousands) of other users, throughout Reddit and other public forums… The app had no indication it would log me out and it is the app developers responsibility to create a reliable app that is user friendly. Only being able to log in with a recovery key is not user friendly, and is a hazard to investors. Logging a user out without their permission, is also a hazard. I am looking forward to hearing a response and resolution in email. DO NOT USE THIS APP UNTIL THEY FIX THIS FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE!

Funds Have Disappeared for Almost a Year!

I deposited a significant amount of ETH to this “self custody” wallet. As soon as the funds were received & confirmed in the wallet, I tried to send them to Coinbase App but never could. Didn’t matter the wallet, I kept getting the same error message. Contacted support and they told me to wait for for the next app update. Well after a few updates no resolution. And here’s the real joke, after one of the updates, it zero’d out the ETH all together! I had a completely different ETH address after updating the app and a $0 balance! Had my recovery phrase written down. Everything backed up. Doesn’t matter the funds are gone. I’ve opened multiple cases and no resolution going on almost a year! Coinbase has made thousands in fees off me, and then they put out a product like this that essentially steals your money. This needs to be fixed. Just look at all the reviews with the same story.Update:The developer responded by giving me more of the exact same runaround I’ve received for almost a YEAR! Just a link to fill in another support ticket (have already done this 4x). They don’t have a resolution to losing, or worse, stealing funds from people that use the product. This is absolutely unacceptable to release a product like this. I guarantee there will be a class action lawsuit for innocent people losing significant money due to this technically flawed product. I cannot access a significant amount of money and nobody can even tell me why. Unbelievable after I’ve generated thousands in fees for this company.
