What a simple and wonderful app! The design is clear and clean. So easy to use and understand. We all must keep moving and this app provides the guidance. Most people will be able to follow along easily. I recommend this for all ages and especially for the older generation.

Bought the premium version some time ago and cannot get any of the routines to work. I choose one to download and the add for premium access pops up. When I select one it tells me I am already a premium member. This happens with anything I try to download. So, I love the 7 minute Chi videos from the other App and really want more but I feel like I have been ripped off. I paid for an App that doesn’t work at all. Same thing happening when I open it on my iPad. Ugh!

Love it that each segment is only 5 minutes long so you can fit it in during your day. I am the kind of person who can't sit still so marrying meditation with qigong movement get me best of both world. I got to stay calm and active at the same time. Good app for all ages.

Great app when all you want is a morning start up or a chance to revive yourself in the middle of the work day! The video instruction is simple and easy to follow, there is a nice variety of tai chi and meditation to learn, and there’s even appropriate calm music. Fun and good practice !
