I was looking for an app to help me find recipes and ideal workouts for my weight-loss journey and this was the perfect one for me. All I needed to do was select the specific diet plan I was going for and it gave me recipes for breakfast lunch dinner and even snack time. It's perfect for people who really have no time or patience to search the internet when this app lays it all out for you. The workout videos show exactly how to do each workout you select so you know the right way to do them. I'm so glad I found this easy to use and self explanatory fitness app- definitely recommend to anyone looking for easy and healthy diet plans, or anyone who loves working out!

Change meal plan

The app is okay at best - it crashes when I want to try to tap my profile a lot of the time. I got it hoping it would help me find a better diet plan, but I can only stay with one plan instead of being able to change it every month or however many times I want in order to find the right diet plan that works with my body, my budget, and my time. Not to mention - I even clicked on the wrong one I wanted to begin with.The custom workout plan is basically you, yourself, creating the workouts and not a plan designed for you - which is a misleading title for someone who knows almost nothing about fitness. I don’t want to guess that what I’m choosing to workout will give me the results I want. I need an actual set guide to follow so I know how to focus on what I want. I signed up for the year plan hoping it would change from the “free version” which doesn’t give you a lot of wiggle room to begin with, but it’s more or less the same and it’s highly disappointing.

Hi. Thank you for the update. We recently updated our app and our bugs have been fixed. The app is running very smoothly now! We also changed it where you can change your current diet plans to a different diet. You are able to edit your diet plans whenever you wish.We have a custom workout section as well as a "workout" section. We let you, the user, decide to make your own workouts with our exercise library, or we also have custom workouts built for you to do from anywhere. The choice is yours! We hope you check out our app again as we think these updates will solve your problems.

When I found this app, I was skeptical at first, but boy, was I wrong. This app has everything I need in order To lose weight and get back in shape. I’ve been training everyday using these workouts, and seeing a difference after just a couple weeks. The diets are great since they give you over 10 different ones to choose from. Recommend to any one who needs that little extra motivation to reach their goals.
