This app makes it so much easier for me and my company. Intuitive design, simple to use, and they genuinely care about your feedback and input. Plus they update regularly with new features so it keeps getting better. I'd rate it 6 stars if I could.
Inefficient and Time Consuming

Doesn’t notify users when the suppliers does not carry the products needed for a job. Thus, resulting in payment for products that are not available at the location you would prefer to pick up. Second, the user must put in a second order and travel across town, away from the job, to pick up the required product. Then, the user must drive back to the job from this second location. This results in hours of wasted time to stay in compliance with your clients. Another issue is that sometimes the user can not pick up an order the same day it must be attained. The app, “states allow up to 2 hours for order to be filled.” Thats reasonable but a full 24 hours plus? Now this last complaint happen to me and my client twice in the same week causing us to not only receive an incorrect order but loss of several following projects because we got too far behind on the current project. This resulted in an approximate revenue loss of $4500 for my company in just that week alone. Now, I called my SIBI rep. to have the issue resolved. I was blamed for the SIBI apps bug issues and was told they didn’t have to resolve anything. This caused me to get out of character but even so I would not recommend this app to any company who has a high work volume. It maybe good if you’re doing 1 project every week or 2 which gives you plenty of time to deal with the headaches, wasted time, and losses profits this app causes.

This is a very intelligent mobile application. Soon the app will be doing the ordering for you, and will know on a day to day basis what your favorite products are that you purchase. I highly encourage you to use this app as it’s only going to get better and better as the days go by. - T-Bone Out
