I have had great customer care while banking here since moving to the area in 2021. They went above and beyond to help me get set up with my debit card in hard when their machine malfunctioned and I had to work, and they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable when I need help with an issue which happens rarely. The app is great for my personal use needs, it keeps a mostly real time overview of my current balance and recent transactions, and remote deposits are almost always as simple as taking the pic and sending it. When there’s an issue, they contact me directly and we work through until a solution is found that gets my money available as soon as possible. My local branch is the South Bossier location.

I like your app. It’s easy and convenient. But having your manager, Tracy, assistant manager Destiny and your great tellers at the Toledo Bend branch is also a big plus for you. Someone there is willing to go the extra mile for a customer. This branch reminds me of home town banking at its finest!

Updated: Still cannot stand the new app, still super glitchy. Considering changing to BOM because of the issues we are constantly have with their new system. The new app is super glitchy. I can be logged in to my account on my phone app and on the computer at the same exact moment, they will both show my account is at two different amounts. The “current” vs “available” balances just lead to more confusion. I try to make payments on the app to my mortgage and it won’t allow me to make a payment unless I select the “other” option, next month roles around and it is now listed as having late charges because the “other” payment didn’t post as the payment for that month. Very disappointing in the new app and system. The old system was super reliable and we really wish they would bring it back!

Over a year ago I deleted the app because of issues. Was recently assured by CBL tech services the app had improved and was the most secure way to do online banking so, decided to try using it again. After downloading app, setup offered login options. Worked great for the first month. Now, my preferred login options are no longer available. However, I can login by typing user name and password each time BUT bill pay has disappeared!I had to go to go to the CBL website and login to my account to use bill pay. After checking and making sure the app on my phone was the latest version (it is) I’m left with either deleting the app and starting over or simply deleting the app and moving on. Tough choices, I can use another bank I have an account with but would prefer to use my hometown bank. I use online banking extensively and need reliable online service.
