I was transferred money via Zelle and I am unable to find the Zelle icon within the Sabine banking app to make the transfer to my checking account. Zelle says to just click the logo to start the transfer.

Been with this bank for 2 years the best bank I’ve heard of,and been with the app is amazing security is perfect Thk you Sabine bank would like to see more sistering banks

The app is very minimal with very little options. Definitely behind other banks with their mobile app. I can’t even follow the cash flow with the app and have to login through the web portal which is also behind. At least I can view current balance, make mobile deposits, and use Face ID.

Needs more options, needs more security on the back end where I don’t have to change my password so much. Need a better customer service who are tech savvy rather than tell me “it is what it is and we can help you or do anything about your problem.”Get an account with another bank and compare your app to it! This app is 1990’s internet dial up!
