Horrible banking services!!

I hate the little things BFCU does to ensure more than one thing bounces through your account. We keep money and utilize our other bank more do to the little penny here or there BFCU takes from our account. Our significant money is kept in our other account do to these things. I can make a cash deposit through the atm and still get penalized for having the cash money there but using my atm card. We are working class people whom deserves to use a FCU that doesn’t do as such.

I love the people because they’re so friendly and helpful. They always smile. They know my name. I can call anytime and get quick service. I can go to the window and get a smile and friendly service. They’re just very very very pleasant people. I recommend them highly.

It used to be free with direct deposit, after several years they took it away. They now charge me monthly fees. When my account was hacked they kept charging me overdraft fees while it was being looked into. After about 30 days they refunded the money and the overdraft fees. Now 2 months later they’re saying I authorized it and are taking the money back in a couple of days which will overdraft my account again! What’s the point of being insured by the FDIC if they don’t use it? I’ve been with this bank for over 30 years and now I’m planning to close my accounts.

This app lets me do everything I need except for getting cash in my hand! When they added the mobile check deposit I could not have been happier! I rarely need to go make a special trip anymore which is super convenient.
