I completed the registration process and entered my personal information as requested. However, once it was time to access and use the app, I repeatedly received error messages and was never able to successfully enter or use the app.Despite multiple attempts, the issue was not resolved. As a result, I was unable to access any features or services the app claims to provide. This is especially concerning because my personal information was already submitted, yet I received no functionality or support in return.This experience is frustrating and raises concerns about the app’s reliability and handling of user data. I would like a clear explanation of why this occurred, confirmation of how my personal information is being stored or used, and instructions on how this issue will be resolved. If the issue cannot be fixed, I request that my information be removed from your system.
App stopped working

This app was working great for months and then all of a sudden it just stopped working for no apparent reason. It won’t even launch on my phone anymore.“Error occurred” is the message I get for my balance page. It prompts me to “try again” but that’s useless.My account page comes up but I can’t access anything on it. Any category I press sends me to an “access denied” page. I’ve given it quite a while (2 months) to work out its own glitches but still nothing. I don’t know what to do other than delete it. I wish I could get it working again it was a great app.
Bugs need fixing

There’s a bug with password reset where it cannot validate my account unless I go on the web application on my laptop. The mobile app must have an issue with backend communication or something. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. The other issue I have been facing for a long time now is that I no longer can view my card details it just fails. The app is broken and I’m actually disappointed the app is in this state . It almost seems like nobody works on this app anymore ? I would happily volunteer trying to fix some of these bugs and pushing an update *if* this is the case.

I’ve had this app for a while, stopped using it because it was terrible after a previous update. Started using it again this year because it’s easy to change my pin through the app. However, now it no longer shows me my benefit amount, nor does it show me my upcoming benefits. I literally can’t do ANYTHING in the app outside of changing my pin. Otherwise I just get error messages.
