I had an issue with the app when trying to purchase a pair of shoes. The app notified me when I tried to purchase them that something went wrong with my purchase, so I did it again & it said the same thing. I forced closed the app & reopened it & went to “my orders” to make sure they hadn’t gone through. The shoes were there as two separate orders so I was going to be charged for both. I notified customer support & they replied in less than 24hrs. They’re canceling the second order & refunding me my money. I was freaking out over it bc they’re expensive shoes & I saw on their webpage that you can’t cancel orders. I was very worried over this, but the individual who took care of my e-mail was very friendly & put me at ease!

On September 30 i use stadium goods website to purchase Halloween Nike GS dunks ORDER # JS33MX. and a package arrived on October 7. The package was completely open and stolen, a delivery driver has stolen my Nike dunk GS shoes and stadium goods has done nothing about it over a full month. Today is November 12, 2024 over a months ago, I have sent my evidence proof of how the package look been completely completely open when it has got delivered, busted open, nothing in it, but almost 100 make up sponges, and nothing to do with my shoes. Stadium goods has done nothing but constantly email me the same information. Stadiums does not give out no credit, no refund, or even no money back for one of your shoes have not arrived. I am very dissatisfied, disappointed, and very baffled by the unprofessionalism to handle a customers issue of the package being stolen. The package being stolen has nothing to do with the customer, but stadium goods you could’ve at least done something by giving out a credit or any type of refund for the $86 that was spent. at the end, the customer service has ended my claim of my shoes missing as sending me a proof of delivery. Which makes it so funny that of course the package got delivered, but it does not have my product in it and the fact that they use the UPS proof of delivery receipt after delivery driver has stolen the shoes so didn’t say I will not be getting a refund is very unprofessional. Please do better. I will never purchase from here again. Customer service is a zero out of 10, a month you cannot fix an issue of somebody else and you cannot give them an $86 credit or refund. I would never purchase from here again thumbs down.

This is my third pair of shoes I’ve ordered from these guys. I tried looking for the cheaper pair trying to save some money by searching eBay and other but it occurred to me that the money I wasted on returning the fake pair and sorting through who might be a scammer and who is of pure heart that it’s just a more Peaceful if you can find a fair company that although may be a little pricey but it’s only because they’re providing you with the authentic not the knockoff that cause only a hundred dollars to make. You get what you pay for, It’s so less stressful not wondering if you are going to get beat or if it doesn’t show up in the mail after waiting a couple of weeks.

I am not the type to write reviews, unless I’m really disappointed with the service/product. However, I felt compelled to write this because I’m sure there are those that are skeptical about the services, especially when there are negative posts on here. I purchased my wife some Jordan 4’s for her birthday, they showed up on time, proper color, and without any issues. They even have a customer service number that you can call. I spoke to a person, and they were very helpful, even wishing my wife a happy birthday. My experience was a good one, and I will be ordering more from here.
