I was on the last month from warranty and Toyota Iraq staff called me many times to do the last check up before warranty end and they discovered that my car feet bumper is not good and they will replace it for free which increased my trust and loyalty in Toyota staff.

I had an awful experience at Toyota Cihan. I took my car in for an oil change, and it took them an unbelievable 4 hours to complete a simple service. The workshop itself is a disaster. The parking area where cars are staged before going onto the ramps is poorly designed, and it's clear there are safety concerns. The space is so tight that it's impossible to drive a car out of the ramp without risking damage due to the limited turning radius.On top of that, the service is disorganized and inefficient. The queue system is a joke—employees were letting people cut in line, clearly favoring those they "knew." I couldn't believe how unprofessional everything was. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Hi Team,My observations are that there is no option for available spare parts and their prices. This option makes it easier for the customer to spend time and effort in choosing and knowing the part he needs for his car.
