Excellent for Acute care

The app just works. It’s easy to use and never crashes. We treat Acute Neurovascular emergencies and we need a dependable app like this. Also, the developers are actively engaged in product improvement and are always (literally always) available to answer questions. The few times we have had suggestions they actually implemented them in less than a week.

It has really allowed us to “right size” our communication to the intended audience with the customizable group chat functionality. In a space where it is hard to find a balanced tool, BloomText is hitting all the right marks!

App and feature set work extremely well. Wish it was more organizable and powerful like Slack, but for a free HIPAA compliant app it is great, considering the alternatives. I wish there was more “admin” controls to control/manage members, groups, and group chats. Biggest request/wish for me is a dedicated full-featured powerful iPad app.

Fixed an issue where the app sometimes closes on launch.
